One Response to “how to get a wholesalers license for wigs and hairpieces?”
You just need to go to your local State Board of Equalization Office and apply for a resale permit. This allows you to purchase items without have to pay sales taxes on them at the wholesale prices. But you must of course collect sales taxes when you make your sales. This permit will allow you to purchase anything at wholesale prices. A word of warning though. They will probably ask you how much you expect to make as income. Just tell them that you are only doing it on a very limited basis. If you brag that you are going to make a whole bunch of money they will ask you to leave a deposit for taxes on estimated sales. Otherwise you will just have to pay the filing fee.
