The History of Wigs and Hairpieces

Throughout history, the wig, a man in charge of the coverage of natural or artificial hair, has come and gone for some time and now fashionable again. Both men and women have worn wigs since the earliest times recorded. Ancient Egyptians shaved their heads and wore wigs as a way to protect from the sun. So wigs are really thousands of years.
Centuries later, the wigs have changed since the styles developed in much smaller variations, including the use of hairpieces and false locks and braids. As for today, people basically wear their hair, reserving the use of wigs for the movies, parties and sometimes chemotherapy. Wigs are no longer used as a status symbol, often used for fun to finish a costume that is used perhaps. And, of course, there are some unconventional people who enjoy changing their hairstyles on a regular basis and find wigs that the easiest way to do it. Wigs have been used for centuries and years trends have changed. One thing is certain, however, will be about wigs for a long time to come.
